One Gospel Newsletter: The newsletter should contain the Word of God; no biases and no personal opinion. It should give the reader an opportunity to search the Scriptures to see if what is contained therein is true. All who read the newsletters should find the Gospel of Jesus Christ, no matter what religion or house of worship they attend. (1 King 13:18; Galatians 1:8).
We were warned that false prophets would come and deceive many (Matthew 7:15; 24:11, 24; Mark 13:22; Luke 6:26; 2 Peter 2:1; 1 John 4:1). Don’t be deceived: Read the Bible, study the Scriptures, “That your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God.” (1 corinthians 2:5) “Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.” (Ephesians 6:11)
Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. (2 Timothy 2:15)
January 10, 2012 Some one said that if you are a Christian, and if you believe in your heart that you can commit suicide and go to heaven, you will go to heaven if you kill yourself. The reasoning behind the believe was that the only sin that is unforgiven is the sin of blasphemy against the Holy Ghost.
The believe that a Christian, a true believer, can commit suicide and go to heaven is false; it is demonic; it is used by evil to destroy a soul.
Any sin, whether rape, homicide, a lie, robbery, etc., (except intentionally and willingly blaspheming the Holy Ghost), is forgiven if the person 1) repents wholeheartedly and confesses the sin to God; 2) recognizes that God is merciful to forgive; 3) makes restitution to the person or society: A person who commits suicide cannot do so.
